Only negative is there sure was a lot of waiting around. Two appointments took 15 to 20 minutes for the Palladino rep. to be available.

Oil change
I asked Amy if it would be possible to have my car ready at noon and it was actually ready at 9:30.

Very efficient, courteous and professional from everyone providing different services.
Went in for an A1 maintenance (oil change); steering harness recall; differential fluid check up as scheduled by Honda. All done according to time given to me. Shuttle service was on time and courteous. I'm very satisfied with service.

Good sales associate
Great sales associate very polite courteous and not pushy. Fair deal made with the car. The only negative was when we set up the appointment time to pick up the car we were kept waiting 25 min before we met with the finance department.
