Discount Car and Truck Rentals...

I would definitely recommend Discount to my friends/family. Comfortable vehicle, very courteous and helpful staff. * If possible, extend your hours on Friday for pick-ups.*

I was very unhappy The agent give me a car with police collision sticker on The car brakes was not up to saftety and the ac was not working last Friday July 13 and I was having hard time concentrating . The car should be fix and in good condition before give to me to drive I didn’t even get a discount for renting a day. I will not rent from Then again They have many cargo van in shape i asked why he don’t let me use the other ones The agent didn’t care about my safety .

Rented a cargo van. Service was not unusual. I expect to be treated with respect. I expect not to have to request special rates but provided those options on arrival to lessen the rental burden.

They are simply amazing. Great price and everything was perfect. With all the stress that come with moving Discount made it easier for us.

My moving company always rents from Discount. Lately, we’ve been renting from the Discount location at 710 Arrow Road (hwy 400 & finch). This past experience was very disappointing. As always, I call the specific location to verify that the reservation is holding for the following day. I called on Monday June 11 around 4 pm to that specific location and spoke to a gentleman who couldn’t tell me whether or not there was a truck available. He stated he wasn’t sure and said it would be best to go to the Hwy 7 and Keele. I stated the arrow road location. Is the easiest for my company to function from, however, he stated it’s not that much further. My business partner showed up to the Keele location the following morning to discover that the reservation was never transferred over by the gentleman. This is the second time my company has had to double and triple check locations to Find out whether or not a truck is available. There shouldn’t be online reservations if the specific location cant even reserve the vehicle chosen. Thank you.
