Car vandalized

I am very disappointed with my recent rental experience. My vehicle was vandalize while parked at the discount location at Keele and HWY 7. My window was smashed and my car was ransacked and they attempted to steal it. The new location at insisted that I park my car at the back of the building with the other rental vehicles and there is a sign in the office that indictes vehicles would be ticketed if they aren't parked in the correct location. My rental consultant did not warm me or give me any indication that my vehicle was in a dangerous area. It is very upsetting to learn that there are no cameras or any precautions taken to ensure the safety of your guests or their vehicles while they are renting from your locations. It is pretty safe to say that I won't be using discount again.

Truck with a drop of the fuel the lights were on showing no fuel

The service I got from the people that are working there was very good and they were very nice I was very disappointed stressed and worried I have no choice but to take the truck I needed even though there’s hardly any fuel in it and I was scared to get stuck before I get to the gas station add to waste an extra hour because of that

Will never return to this location

Truck had no fuel, only one person working and was constantly going to the rear of building we're the trucks were. Charged $10 for mileage. Your ads say free mileage.

Great staff and location

My issue is the car we reserved was not available and they only had an SUV. My mother really wanted a little car. The employee mentioned she could trade it the following day for a car however when she tried she was told there were none

Truck was not available even though we reserved it.

We reserved a cargo van yet when we arrived at the store it was not available. The attendant told us the manager was working on finding one and assured us we would get the first one that became available. While we were waiting another person came in to rent a Cargo van and another attendant gave it to him. We then had to drive 10 kilometers to another location to get a van.
