Awful
I booked big van on phone and asked several times. When ibarrived they told me that it need to change oil.
Also before that i booked van and when i arrived to the location they told me sorry we have not van! Nonexcuses or anything. Waisting time and money and no respect. I will not use discount anymore

Very slow service
When I arrived at your office you only had one functional computer as a result I waited for almost an hour before I was given keys to my truck which delayed my move as I exceeded my elevator rent time at the condo and had to pay an additional fee consequently. Also, I did book the truck already two weeks before but it took 45 minutes for me just to talk to someone.

Disappointing
On April 20 I went to pick up a transit van that I booked 6 weeks prior. I arrived at 8:30 am, waited 45 minutes for service, the one Transit van left was allocated to the previous customer in line. After I questioned this an agent convinced the client to take a different vehicle. When we did the vehicle inspection it was noticed that there was 0 fuel left in the tank. At this point being very stressed pouring rain and the fact that I was suppose to be 100 kms away in 15 minutes made for a very uncomfortable situation. This made for a very uncomfortable experience.

Don’t book from Rexdale Blvd location, if you need truck on time.
Booked a truck from Rexdale Blvd location 13 days before and they didn’t deliver it on time. Got it long 8 hours later from Concord location. Very disappointed with the booking system. But staff was good.
