Recall notice repair was completed professionally and with excellent customer service!
Thank you to Forest City Mazda for quickly arranging for the required part to complete the recall repair. I didn't have to be in a rental car long at all and I appreciate that! Service Manager Paul Dixon told me when the repair would be done and there were no delays! My mazda6 is 10 years old now, she's a great car and is in such good condition because any and all service has been done at Forest City Mazda.

Dealt with Jesse. Extremely patient and knowledgable salesmen. Highly recommend!
First time purchasing and driving a manual car. Was patient with me and gave tips. Made the overall process of buying a car extremely easy. Even had the mechanic answer some of my concerns personally.

Service appointment
I have never had an issue with my Mazda, staff are friendly and efficient. Was just in for an oil change, arrived a bit early for my appointment and was able to be in and out before my scheduled appointment time.

The only reason I did 3 was very poor communication
Drove up Friday morning appointment was at 10 found out when we got there it would not be ready until afternoon and would get a call when ready. No call I had to call and vehicle was not ready until 4 when I was told no later then 1
