There are more than 10 customers queued and waited more than 1.5 hours before we served

There is only one experienced staff handling car rental and returns, the other unprofessional helper even occupied his time in asking him questions.

bad

only CarRental Co. OUTside de Airport; Service at the office is SLOW; only 2 or 3 people that do everything; long lines. The office is really small and not very clean and comfort THe policy of not accepting the Credit Card insurance is very BAD reputation for you. The CAR is VERY OK; upgraded but not needed or asked I will NOT rent again with you, mainly the price in the web looks like a scam when your card is not valid for Insurances

Lack of Care & Understaffed

There was a genuine lack of care for the people they were serving. I feel due to in part the terrible state of this location. The building is old, dirty and in serious need of repairs. The front door is difficult to open, the building spells old and musty and is dirty. I waiting for over an hour simply to return my rental vehicle. Huge lack of organization by staff and seeming lack of consistent systems, my paperwork was already lost for a rental I had picked up only 7 hours earlier. Disappointing.

Wait times are crazy long.

The staff are great and helpful. But the wait times to pick up and drop off a vehicle is ridiculous. I wasn't unique to this experience. The other customers in the return shuttle all said they have over 1 hr to 2.5hr wait to pick up their rentals as well. It wasn't for a lack of vehicles or anything like that. Just an extremely slow and complex paperwork process.

Truck Renting

The veicle was very dirty inside. I found one marijuana cigarrete over the painel; I had never took so long in a line to take (and also deliver) a car. It was more than two hour in both cases; The purchasing process was not clear. I expected to be told about security taxes before going to the shop to take the car.
