I found Brian to be pleasant. courteous, and very understanding of my concerns. He was very patience and explain in great detail anything that I was having trouble understanding. Will highly recommend him to anyone who asked f or his name.

It was the best dealer and sales person I have experienced.

I was completly satisfied with the way I was treated by Garry Dionne.
Gary was very helpful, patient, courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicle which we were about to Lease. We had never driven or owned an SUV before however, Gary put our minds at ease when he, in detail, all of our options on the vehicle.

It was a very exciting experience and I couldn't have had a better sales person to help me thru all the steps of buying my very first new vehicle. Very helpful and and had answers to all of my many questions.
From the time I met with Shawn I felt I was in good hands. I already knew what I wanted. He helped me thru the process of what upgrades if any I wanted. Never felt pressured. Explained everything to me step by step. I did get some upgrades and extra warranty. The financial process was easy. I had lots of questions that I had written down so I wouldn't forget. I totally and happy with the service I received

Kelly is amazing!
Kelly was amazing from beginning to end!
I came to her in a state of desperation and knew I didn't have much money to play around with but she helped me find a car that fit my financial needs AND had some of my desired features. She made the experience easy to understand for a first time new car owner and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I left the dealership with not only a new car but knowledge about what features and coverage I had for the next three years of my lease. I would definitely recommend not only Ontario Motor Sales Oshawa to my friends and family but I would recommend Kelly to them too because she was so awesome!
