I had been looking for several months for a Terrain when \i came upon the Terrain I eventually purchased.When \i contacted \Ontario Motor Sales it was Ryan McNutt that I spoke with and as many times vehicles sell rather quickly it was suggested that I put a refundable deposit on it to hold it for me as I live quite a distance from Oshawa and wouldn't be able to get there for a couple of days. My sister lives in Mississauga and it was her day off so she came with me, right from the get go I knew that this was going to be a good experience. Ryan has an incredible sense of humor and even when he told me that I wouldn't get much for my trade I laughed because \i knew through my own research that he was very close to what I expected. We asked lots of questions and if Ryan wasn't sure he knew who did. You really have to respect a Sales Person who is confident enough in his abilities to say "I'll check that out rather than give you a very long line of manure!!" I respect that, because that is the kind of dealership that i want to deal with. I read over 25 pages of comments from other customers before choosing this dealership and found that what people were saying was honest, respectful, no pressure, experienced,willing to go out of their way to keep you as a customer,knowledgeable My sister went home and told my brother in law that this is where they should purchase their next vehicle he agreed and said that it was time they purchased outside of Mississauga.
