Would have been excellent if the spare key was provided as promised. Almost 3 weeks have passed and still NO Key has beeen provided as promised.
Still waiting for service to be completed. Once I receive the second key as promised my assisment of this dealership will change dramatically.

Brian was very helpful.
We started not sure of the vehicle that we wanted and Brian gave us comparatives and set up a time for us to test drive our top two choices. He was informative when we asked questions and very helpful as we decided and took possession.

Semi annual tune up on the Traverse
Absolutey excellent service. I took the vehicle in on the date and time specified. and it was finished and ready on time. I asked about what should be done to the vehicle and I was told. Never a doubt in y minf=d why I keep coming back to OMS and to Dave.
