Respectful of my time and accommodating. Suggesting to do service while already in for onstage hardware upgrade saved me time. Single mom with three kids really appreciate it.

The work requested was well looked after by the Service person, and the time allocated was acceptable. Well done.

While we went to the dealer and specifically asked for another sales person, Shawn informed us he was not in that day but then went on to contact that sales person to let him know we were there. With the nod of approval to pass on a potential deal to him, Shawn listened while we explained what we were looking for and offered us exactly the vehicle that met our request. When we forgot something at the dealer, he came to our house rather than have us inconvenienced by coming back to the dealership. Thumbs up Shawn!

I appreciated when I picked up my SUV that the sales staff went over all the features and assisted me in setting my preferences.

I set an appointment in advance, came in from Minden, and the wrong part was ordered. I came in my second appointment and waited quite a time when I was told it would only take about 1/2 hr. When I got home with the car I noticed that there was a mark in the paint. It looked like the car wash had scrubbed the top edge of the passenger side pretty much along the length of the roof. Granted, my car had a new paint job not even a year earlier so maybe it was soft.. I found it all very expensive to replace a mirror (just the glass part) that dropped off on the road while I drove and it must have rolled into the long grass because I couldn't find it when I stopped to look I might have been better off going to the wreckers and gluing one on myself..
