very pleased
I had a continuous light roaring noise in my Impala. The first time I took it in for repair the noise location wasn't determined. a few months later, I returned with the same annoying noise Randy came with me for a test drive and said it sounds like a wheel bearing. He was right and I was pleased to finally have the issue resolved.

I was in to check my tires because of message from on star saying they were low even though I didn't get a warning light. Also he checked underneath the front end of car as I slid on black ice that made me jump the curb. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to and explained everything he was going to have done. I was very pleased with the experience and will not hesitate to go to him again. Truly a great experience.

under warranty. issues not resolved and charged for the visit
This is not the first time I have been charged for maintenance that was not completed. I had asked to have my contact information removed from their system but in receiving this survey obviously that didn't happen. I will faithfully continue to drive General Motors vehicles but I will not receive my service from OMS

Safety certificate and lease experience
Chris Blanchard provided a highly professional and efficient leasing process when it came time for me to buyout the lease on my ATS. Service in regards to the required safety certificate was top notch and the efficiency of the employees at GM Financial was a pleasant experience. Again, dealing with Chris Blanchard at OMS was a positive experience and OMS is lucky to have him in their employee.
