Excellent customer service.

Staff appeared always at the ready to ensure I was satisfied, plus I was given thorough explanations of the work completed by friendly, conscientious staff. And the bonus was sitting comfortably in the waiting room, drinking coffee and using the Wi-Fi throughout the process.

Amazing service from John Cervini who was courteous, knowledgeable and made the visit extremely enjoyable.

The customer service representative, John Cervini in my case, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My requirements were taken care of in a timely manner and in a comfortable waiting area. They went above and beyond in my opinion and I would definitely return for service here.

The service has been great each time I have gone in.

I really like the service I have received thus far. Everyone is always happy and friendly. This is actually one of the reasons I left the dealership when I was purchasing a new vehicle. I absolutely hated going in for service. There was not one happy person and you always felt like you were bothering them when dropping off your vehicle. Great job at Myers Hyundai Barrhaven! :)

Fix my car engine that experienced manufacturer poor quality control

The experience with Myers was great, good job guys! From the moment I brought the car to service for diagnostic to the time I picked it after repairs, I was pleased with the quality and proffesionalism of the staff. The car was repaired as promised. I am dissapointed of the way that this review engine (mobials / reviewsii) is working, just keeps me hostage to write something even maybe I dont want, I am not a essay writer, why it have to be minimum 20 words?

Professional.

Issue: it is a long way for me to commute from Westboro. I was one of your original customers from your showroom/service department in Bells Corners since 2013. At Barrhaven I was informed that your shuttle does not go as far as Westboro. Alternative would have to be a "loner". To date this has not been a requirement. Otherwise, I am fully satisfied with your taking regular care of my Sante Fe.
