Stellar from start to finish
Palladino Mazda made me feel like just a number ....
.... and that number is “1”. I can't explain how happy I am to bring in my vehicle for servicing here. This time, they got my out a jam. Luckily, my parts were in stock and they were accommodating enough to squeeze me in last-minute for the installation, right in the middle of the rush before the holidays. I've done business with them before, and I will continue to business with them long after my warranties are up. Thanks for the great work and superb client care. Cheers!

Taylor was great the moment I walked through the door answered all my questions and had me in and out in a reasonable time.
Routine oil change was completed. I was also having trouble with my phone connecting to my car properly, Taylor kindly made sure that it was taken care of during my visit

Great service, had a couple of hiccups with my request but all is good.
I had excellent service and was appreciative of them allowing me to add on some last minute items. I did have a hiccup with part of my service but a solution was found in the end. I have been to the service dept at least 4 times in the last 18 months (new tires, roof rack, new rims, apple CarPlay, scheduled services etc) all of this has been done because I am very comfortable and happy with their service. Additionally, I would also like to note that I have dealt with same group of people behind the desk and this is a large part of the reason that I keep going back. Special shout out to Kennedy for her dedication to getting the job done right, two thumbs up from me.
