recall

I had three recalls on my mazda and it was very quickly booked in for service . The service department gave me a ride home and picked me up after the work was finished . Every one was was very friendly and this made the experience a good one .

How do yous know nothing about standard transmissions

So I brought my cx-5 into mazda dealership today for the first time ever for something under mazda warranty. Worst experience ever!!!!!!! They did their work properly as far as I know. BUT!! 1. they were a hour and a half late picking me up from work at the end of my day. 2, they called me and told me they did a complimentary pre alignment check and I needed an alignment and that if I didnt get it done right away that I'd wear my front tires down and I'd need 4 new tires, i told them no I wouldn't and the counter guy argued that with a AWD you need to keep even wear (my cx-5 is FWD. 3, when I picked it up (after waiting over a hour) the next counter guy wanted to show me something, to keep an eye on the "P" when I put my vehicle in park that it may not light up. Absolute BULLSHIT as my cx-5 is 6 speed manual. And 4 when I was talking to the guy who picked me up he told me that the shop was scrambling to find someone who knew how to drive standard when it was time for my cx-5 to be pulled out of the shop. Not impressed with mazda dealership at all, at this point I'd rather pay my local garage to do work even if mazda warranty offers to do it for free. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

gone for oil change noted that tire were warn out show me the tire that were warn out new tire were put on for safety

Very satisfied.

Very satisfied with the service. Our sales guy was very accommodating and went out of his way for us. We were very pleased.
