Friendly staff that were very helpful
Bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and Cory and the staff got me a great deal. Had a misunderstanding about adding a car starter to the deal so they added it in at no cost! Very happy with our experience.

Terrible service!!!
We bought a new Jeep Patriot in 2015. The buying process was about the only thing that was positive. Everything since has been a disaster. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE. They over charge on absolutely everything! charged us 81$ for a diagnostic on our alignment, then wanted to charge us another 475$ to do the alignment. Absolutely ridiculous.
Safe to say we will NEVER EVER go back there, as well as tell all of our friends and family to never go there either.

Very professional
The vehicle that I ordered from the factory arrived on time and was as ordered.
It is missing some parts for the box divider/tail gate extender but I am confident it was just an oversight that the dealer will rectify.
