Great service
I'm on my 9th Honda vehicle, and as a Military member in my various Postings I have been to a lot of dealerships. There is a good reason the Service Dept at Sherwood Honda is busy: Darin De Prato, the Service Manager, brings a philosophy of "looking after the customer is good for the business" to the shop. Had my Ridgeline in there today, and once again, the work was done right and fair. You may have to book ahead, but its worth it. Thanks Darin!

Great Service!
I got my first finance car from Sherwood Honda and Jesse Simon was my sales. As a first timer, Jesse has helped me decide and did all he can to get my desired vehicle to leave the dealership happy and satisfied. Jesse is very accomodating and his service is the best. I highly recommend you to look for Jesse Simon when getting your car from Sherwood Honda as he is the best among the rest. Thank you Jesse! :))

Terrible experience! I would NOT recommend using Sherwood Honda’s Service Dept.
I had an appointment at 9:15 for an oil change. I guess oil changes don’t generate enough revenue for Sherwood Honda to warrant basic service even for regular customers. About 5 pm I was told it would be another 45 minutes. They hadn’t even started! The service dept closes at 5:30. I had to be somewhere at 6 pm so ended up picking up my car with without the oil change. I used to think their service was good. I don’t intend to patronize this dealership anymore. When I buy my next new Honda, I’ll go into one of the dealerships in the city.
