Great staff treated me well and listened to my needs in a vehicle.
Basically I knew I wanted an HRV, discussed the options, chose what would suit me. I was taken for a short test drive and details were worked out. Staff was patient with me as I had 2 family members advising me and needed to talk to them through the process. I love my new HRV and am grateful for the guidance I received from staff along the way.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
Before I went to Sherwood Honda I had the worst possible experience with another dealership that a first time car buyer could have. I dealt with Mitchell and he was so friendly but also honest which I really appreciated. He, the finance team, and management worked very hard to make sure I was taken care of and I won’t forget that. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Second rate service
Buying a used car at Sherwood Honda we were treated like second class citizens. The process was fraught with difficulty from finding the listing online, to the dealership changing the price of vehicle, to the vehicle not being ready to drive off the lot.

Waste of time
Nothing but issues with my 2016 Honda Pilot. Brought back to the dealership 5 times since buying it less than 2 months ago. Soon to be 6th as my heated seats don't work.
The dealership should really check the cars before reselling them, I've wasted my time driving there and dealing with these issues. The last problem wasn't even fixed, they just put a "bandaid" on the situation which temporarily fixed it for a week. Tired of having to drive back every time, not to mention having to use a loaner for a week or more at a time is frustrating as moving child car seats is annoying in itself.
