Certainly easy to buy a new car which is even better than my old Civic SiR
From start to finish, I got all the help I needed to buy my first car in 15 years. Definitely looking forward to my first service.

Not the typical car puchasing ordeal
The sales person listened to our requests, provided answers, went with our changes in model on subsequent visit, went with our change in car color after our initial choice. Was very accommodating and ending up selling us a different vehicle than we came in to purchase. It was a very good experience and we are very happy with our purchase.

Positive experience without pressure from salesmen.
I specifically liked the helpful but non-pressure approach from my salesman. He was very helpful when I had questions but did not try to push anything on me.

Poor workmanship and customer service.
I brought in my Honda pilot in for some warranty work. I had an issue with a headliner rattle, the heated steering wheel was not working and the rear tailgate was closing on its own onto your head intermittently.
They informed me they would have my vehicle all day so I requested a ride to my home in Leduc. I was promptly told they do not drive to Leduc and they would have to take care of their regular customers first.
I have purchased a Civic, CR-V, Odyssey and a Pilot from them so I am not sure what constitutes a "Regular" customer.
I had to make other arrangements and be dropped off at another location in Edmonton for my wife to pick me up after waiting for over 3 hours. The time spent getting me to the Spa Lady in south Edmonton was not much different than if I had been taken home.
Once I got my vehicle back not one of the items I brought it in for were actually fixed. The heated steering wheel still does not work. The headliner is still rattling and they ordered parts for the tailgate.
I will never return to Sherwood Park Honda for any work and they will never get the opportunity to sell me another vehicle.
I have been a loyal Honda customer and employee. I have personally owned 8 Honda's over the years and through word of mouth sold many Honda's to friends and family. I think I am going to explore other brands in the future due to the terrible buying / service experience Sherwood Park Honda has provided me.
