Looking at vehicles. Negative equity left me with smaller choices. Took time to hear back thought i was forgotten about. Found out some issues and then they found a vehicle i might like

Helpful, polite, informative.
The staff was helpful and nice. Very informative about anything I asked. If they didn't know the answer they went and asked to find out. Very happy with everything.

Terrible
I was given a deal via email and was told that if i came into the store it would be honoured. Once i was signing the papers the sales person came into the finance officer and told me that the add ins that i wanted for free that they had already promised me would not be added in. They took the papers from me and told me that I had already agreed to the deal.

Unexpected service
I was only thinking about changing vehicles-- all the staff I dealt with in sales, finance and service provided first rate customer service that made my experience at Sherwood Honda one to tell my friends about. I worked in the auto industry many years ago-- If it had been at Sherwood Honda I may have still been proud to be working in the industry.
