Xpel protection coverage inquiry
Hi! As of this time i am still waiting for the answer for my inquiry on the xpel coverage applied on my vehicle. Previously, i scheduled an appointment at your dealership to show /check on the lower front panel of the bumper which was not applied by the xpel protection. A service coordinator informed me that they will asked the finance that handle our negotiated deals particularly the xpel protection. Please update me on this matter. Thanks and have a nice day.

Unprofessional customer service
First of all, Did not keep his saying.
Second, Did not organize after sold unit. continuously changing sale unit and delivery date
Third, unprofessional service after picked unit up. I did not want to wheel lock nut, but they installed each wheels and they broke lock nut key. He never gave me notice about key.
He said he order after I complained but he did not keep promise date again and I had to wait 3 days.
Eventually, technician came to our shop for replacing lock nut to normal wheel nut which took less than 10 minute.

Good experience regarding the purchase of my new Honda HRV
