The service Representatives are always friendly and make me feel like i am the most important person at that moment. They do not stop me with answering phone calls or other potential interruptions unless necessary. They listen to my concerns and attempt to resolve any questions I may have. Highly recommend Sherwood Honda!
Had a great experience at Sherwood Honda. Dealer was able to accomidate my requests and I was driving away in my new vehicle within a matter of days. When an random defect with one of the latch mechanisms was discovered it was immediately fixed at no charge. Shuttle service was provided despite my destination being very far away. Very satisfied with both sales and service departments.
