Max Ambrose gave us excellent service from first conversation to follow up after purchase
Max followed up with phone calls & pictures after our first conversation giving us information on a new purchase and a trade in of our vehicle . We were treated very respectful during all our calls and visits to the dealership .He was very patient and knowledgeable and explained in great detail all functions of the CRV . Max provided information on warranties offered and accessories available. He also followed up with phone calls after our purchase. Both Max & Merv Kary asked us to call with any concerns

A great and relaxing experience
My experience was quite pleasant to be perfectly honest. Didn't feel pressured as far as a vehicle was concerned, financing was quite helpful as well. Overall, even going through the choices available felt relaxed without any rush or pressure which frankly is how it should be. I know that in the future if I wanted to refer anyone I know to a great dealership, Sherwood Honda is the first that comes to mind. Thanks again!

Excellent Vehicle, Financing department was fantastic, salesman left something to be desired.
My wife and I purchased a used vehicle in October. We came to reception and asked for a used vehicle sales rep. Our Sales Rep for the entire transaction approached us, we asked to look at the used Pilots and Odyssey's. The salesman was very distracted from the get go, we sat in his office for 15 min waiting for him to get the keys for one of the vehicles we wanted to drive. When he came back to his office he, apologized for the delay saying he had to deal with another client and he would now go get the keys and the vehicle this took another 10 min. After the first test drive we wanted to drive a second vehicle which took another 10 min to get keys for and we were sent to drive it, because again he had another client to deal with. After the second test drive my wife and I had decided we would like to purchase the first vehicle. We went back to his office and presented an offer. After some negotiation we agreed on a price as well as purchasing the 10 year oil change package for $499. When we got to finance there was an additional charge of $499 for etching?? We were not told about this cost, our salesman was brought in and he said I forgot to tell you I was busy... Again after some negotiation we agreed to pay a portion of the $499 (under $200) and proceed with the deal in my opinion we were more than fair in this situation. 2 Weeks after I purchase the vehicle I get a letter pertaining to the $499 10 year oil change package we purchased. It states basically that these oil changes will only be completed over the 10 years so long as we also perform the other scheduled maintenance services at that interval...again we were not told that we had to do all the other maintenance items at each interval jsut taht we could purchase 10 years of oil changes for $499. I own and operate a business that employs 6 full time heavy duty mechanics and buys 1000 of liters of synthetic oil per month. I know oil and filter costs and that's why I agreed to the $499 because it works out for us to roughly $25 per oil change over the 10 years. I can't pay my techs and buy the filters and oil for this so its a good deal for me. But if I also have to pay for inspections, and all other scheduled maintenance then i may as well utilize the mechanics I pay on a daily basis so the $499 is no longer a good deal for us. This is the second Honda my wife and I have owned, I have always been more than happy with the service department at Sherwood Honda. However this is our first Purchase experience with Sherwood Honda's Sales Department and honestly not a very good experience. I would recommend Sherwood Honda from a Service component but I would caution people from a sales side. I wish my business was as important to our salesman as all the other clients he had coming in while he was dealing with us.

Great service, but should have been more clear on pricing for maintenance package.
I am generally happy with the service provided by Sherwood Honda. In a recent service appointment, I was charged for a tire rotation that was performed when it was unnecessary (one week before I swapped the tires to winter tires). The Service Advisor should have been more clear that the tire rotation was an additional charge and asked if I wanted it done with the oil change or not.
