Excellent customer service
I had brought my Ridgeline and Odyessy into Sherwood Honda since 2010. Have never had anything to complain about and have always had great customer service!

love the brand hate this dealership!!!
drove 4 hours to have our vehicle checked which is under warranty told us nothing is wrong and charged us for "inspection' - when their staff noticed that something is wrong on the rear part of our car the minute we walked in - not folite front end staff as well!!!

Oil change service
From the woman who greeted me at the service desk and accommodated me despite my not having an appointment to her coming to get me and fill me in on what was done beyond what I had requested, I was impressed!! I shall return.

It was better than expected.
Came in the day before the long weekend and the vehicle was serviced just like the appointment said. The only issue I had, was a few days before I called in and asked if I could drop my car off in the morning of the service date. I was told I would have to book a parking stall which I thought was ridiculous. I understand you are a high volume department, but I should be able to just drop my car off throw you the keys and than pick up my vehicle, like any other mechanic shop. Other than that you're staff are always friendly and go the extra mile.
