Car Purchase
Went to look at a second hand vehicle for my son, unfortunately the vehicle was sold. However, Aman our Salesman, quickly showed us some other great options. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the features of the car, and the Honda maintenance that was performed. We also worked with the Sale Manager, Jeff to negotiate a great price. Overall our experience dealing with Sherwood Honda was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had.
A big thank you - I really appreciate the great service! And the best part, my son loves his new vehicle!!!

Excellent service
I took my vehicle in this morning to have my radio/gps reset, but I also had a concern about my tires; Tyler was extremely patient throughout my many interruptions and questions, lol. He arranged for my tires to be maintained even though that wasn’t the reason I was there. Excellent service. Thanks,Tyler

Simply the Best
We had an excellent experience dealing with Sherwood Honda for the past month or so. We began the vehicle buying journey by testing out a number of vehicles from around Edmonton. After visiting Sherwood Honda, it was clear why there are so many positive reviews of this dealership. We worked with Ritchie who really took the time to ensure we were selecting the right vehicle to fit our needs. It was a no pressure buying experience, Ritchie was honest and easy to talk to. He made himself available to answer questions via text and responded very quickly. Our test drive vehicles were warm ready right on time. At no point did we ever feel forced to make a decision, we really felt that he wanted us to find the “right” vehicle for our family.
Throughout the experience, the entire Sherwood Honda team made us feel welcome and took the time to understand what is a good fit for us. From Courtney with finance and extended warranties to Dave and his incredible vehicle delivery consultation. Every step of the process was as refined as the last.
I understand that not every car buying or service experience is a good one, but based on what we saw, Sherwood Honda really cares about their customers.

Service Department
I bought my 2018 Honda Civic two years ago and the service was amazing. I had an AC issue where I called in and John (I believe that was his name) from the service department was amazing! Recently I’ve been having issues with the car, every single light on the dash is on. This has now happened three times and the first two times I called they said nothing could be done if the lights went off by the time I got to the city. (I live two hours away from the dealership).This last time it happened I talked to two females in the service department both incredibly rude. She interrupted me twice to say is the engine light flashing or solid. I said solid and then she disregarded all my concerns and said it’s probably a battery issue. I asked to speak to someone else and she continued to get rude with me to the point I didn’t even feel comfortable booking an appointment. I took my car to a different dealership in the city and it turned out to be a fuel problem. As a young female having issues with your car is frustrating enough; the last thing I needed was a rude female belittling me and making me feel rushed.
