Buying a vehicle at Denham was great.
Denham treats there customers like they are number one. I really enjoy the time I spend with the sales people looking for a vehicle. The service side with parts the people there are great to deal with to.

Slow service
The staff are very kind & informative but I always have to reserve a minimum of an hour to get an oil
Change in their “express” bay. This most recent time I went and there was only 1 truck in the bay and I was next in line . I was parked outside for approximately 30-40 minutes before the truck
Before me finished. Then I pulled in for my turn which wasn’t too long maybe 20-25 minutes. As a mom it’s very difficult to see these slow service times as ok when my
Baby are crying in the back seat after being in the seat for so long . Speed it up !!!

Engine and truck service is done had to take off some three m tape tires over inflated were reset with air very satisfied with my visits

Don't care about customers
Incompetence lead to wasting funds on something I didn't need, lazy mechanics lead to waiting longer then expected and not getting things done what I asked to get checked and the inability to diagnose the problem leaving me to wonder why I didn't just go to Vermillion in the first place like I had planned. Overall I'd say just go somewhere else but on the bright side you can have a free coffee or hot chocolate while you wait longer then once thought so that's something right?
