I feel the service reps are in a very big hurry to move on to other work
I know that service departments can be a very fast pace environment. But customer satisfaction is still the most important issue. I was not impressed that my new canyon with less than 5000 ks on it had to wait at least 2 weeks for part. I am sure that management puts a lot of pressure on this department to move quickly from 1 problem to the next. In the end I felt short changed on this whole GMC experience. As to date I still don't have new part.

Great people and very knowledgeable
Loved how much knowledge the people had. They were all very kind especially Paul the sales manager great guy would tell a lot a people to go and buy there!!

Overall good
Good work done quickly but I was quoted for around 400$ and when I got there to pay they told me it would all add up to 800$

warranty work on 2015 Silverado
the service was done in a timely fashion. Warranty work was completed and resolved issues with my truck.Very friendly and informative answered all my questions . Great job done. Thanks
