I am so happy that Blair McBride was my salesperson.
Blair McBride made me feel very comfortable with the purchase of my new Nautilus. He walked me through the entire process. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought through him. I also felt very safe the way the waiting area was set up during this time of Covid.. The service area is great & the service people are aces. Thanks to you all.

Ridiculous admin fees, vehicle problems after two weeks
I think your $400 - $500 administration fee is absolutely ridiculous. Also engine light on the van i purchased came on two weeks after purchase. Frank was friendly, and answered all my phone calls. He was accomodative and outgoing. I can't say I enjoyed everything. The experience still feels like the stereotypical sales job. Everything Frank said he'd look into like rear heat thumping sound, and front dash light burning out, was not addressed at all. The whole act about not being sure if his manager will approve a price and at first the manager wouldn't but Frank worked his magic to get this great deal for us is so patronizing. Frank was fine but I can't recommend south lake ford based on the admin fees and vehicle problems 2 weeks after purchase.

Poor customer service
South lake Ford should screen who they hire in the service department if they want customers to buy a vehicle from them. I’m tired of the bad devil may care attitude and will be buying a new truck someplace else. Shop elsewhere.
