Excellent Customer Service from Charles!
Charles made my new purchase a breeze and took care of organizing everything with my 2015 BMW 428 Xi Cabriolle. He found exactly what I was looking for and really was a tremendous help as I live 3 hours away from the dealership. With his and the other members on the BMW Team in London, I really cannot say enough wonderful things about their customer service. It truly is the best I have ever experienced. Service
Required service on a brand new vehicle. Dropped it off and received no communication on when the vehicle was to be ready despite assurances I would hear by lunch hour. After calling repeatedly (no answer at service desk after the receptionist repeatedly transferred me) I was finally able to get word that my car was ready. Shuttle service for pick up was not arranged until I called twice more. Have since had two further issues requiring a service visit but I’ve not been able to arrange one as I previously left two messages with an advisor and received no call back. This was a month or so ago and I’ve given up on trying to get an appointment until my next scheduled service as I find it’s more frustrating dealing with that department than just living with the issue.

Manny made the buying experience,although complicated at some points, an overall success
I purchased my dream car, an 18’ M2 for an unbeatable price. Manny was exceptional throughout the process and despite the challenges surrounding the removal of the window tint, which still makes no sense, Manny and BMW of London created a resolution that I was very satisfied with. My only complaint would be the stone chips that were to be repaired as indicated in the purchase agreement, but were not,
