As always - friendly and professional
Service rep was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Explained time required to diagnosis the problem and time required to resolve the issue once the problem was diagnosed. The shuttle driver was very friendly and a credit to BMWLONDON.

Excellent Service
From the moment I walked in, until the service was complete, I was greeted and treated well. I had some alignment problems with my vehicle and it was fixed! Drives alot better now. The mechanic did excellent work, unfortunately, I don't know the person's name. Hopefully BMW can thank that person for me. Nick greeted me as soon as I walked in and kept me updated on the repairs and so did the two employees at the customer service desk

I had an oil change and fluid top up done on my 2019 X.3. It was great that your shuttle service took me to another appointment and picked me up while my car was being serviced. Thanks!!

Wheel alignment and tire rotation
Appreciate the awesome customer service, from the moment I dropped off my vehicle, I was greeted and treated well. This includes the service advisor and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. It drives like new :)
This a dealership that treats their staff like family, and it shows because of how hard the employees try to keep BMW customers happy!

Repair
I had a repair done. Parts were in and work was done in a timely manner. As much of the time, the cost of the repair was not commensurate with expectations of what a simple replacement of a fan should be.
