Excellent Sales person
My wife and I would like to thank Cheng Peng for everything he did for us on the sale of our BMW X5. He was excellent from the moment we Metin person because we had talked over the phone regarding the X5.
Very friendly and calm, there was no pressure when we were talking over the deal.
I highly recommend Cheng for the purchase of your next vehicle because of his knowledge on the vehicle and he explains everything about the options and sets everything up before leaving the dealership.

Great service
Just had our 330ix serviced and wanted to say thank you to Dave our service consultant. It was a pleasure having Dave look after us in such a warm and friendly manner. Dave is a credit to the BMW team at the London dealership and we wish him all the best.A positive experience from start to finish.

Disgusting as an owner of two vehicles from BMW
Disgusting sales experience today would really like to talk with the president Bill Duffield .
Mr. Duffield and I were going to have a conversation a few years ago over some concerns. This is not my first unexceptionable experience with BMW and Mini
I own a Mini Cooper and a BMW.
Disgusted with the treatment I received today in the sales department.
I would expect a call back from President of BMW London before I report this to H.O office BMW.
