Terrible customer service

I would give them a 0 if I could. Was sold a car at a price that was above their advertised price and sold on the lie that they were "throwing in" a paint fix that should have been done anyways (but was already added to the price". When I went back to talk to the Asst Sales Manager Brad about it (he's the one that sold me the lie in the first place) he lied again, blamed his co-workers, then said I was lucky he even told me about the paint repair in the first place. No apologies, just lies, denial & blame. The GM knew I was mad, didn't care. I sent him a follow up email about the whole situation and I never heard a word. The day after I brought my car home the weather stripping on the passenger door came off. I text my salesman and his reply was 'just glue it back on". Terrible service, Shady, would never recommend to anyone.

Mazda CX-5

Troy was very knowledgeable sales rep. Enjoyed all of my conversations with him, his expertise, and knowledge. Easily rate him 5/5 for sales. However, the customer service I've experienced since purchasing my vehicle has been anything but enjoyable. In no way have I felt like they appreciated my business post purchasing. I wouldn't recommend getting any additional services conducted by them.

Efficient, smooth process and helpful

A winter snow storm and transport forced my son's car off the road Dec 23, 2020, resulted in seeking a replacement the next day. Gary Moe's salesman was very responsive to our situation offering good advice ie. where to take the car for body work, places to rent a car and freely making time to answer questions. Specifically, Chris Carriere was extremely helpful. Chris gave us excellent advice without any sales pressure at all. He presented the information we required and let us decide what we wanted to do. After returning the rental car a few days later, Chris picked us up at the car rental, gave us a ride back to the dealership to conclude the purchase of a car. While waiting for dealer to put new winter tires on, Chris lent my son a vehicle so he could get to work on time and return it the next day. I drove the new vehicle home. My son bought his first car from this dealership 10 yrs ago and has had that many years servicing from same dealer without any complaints what so ever! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

WORST service center in and around Red Deer

This is the absolute WORST service center I've ever experienced!! They held my vehicle for 10 days to order a part I didn't even NEED and then told me to just keep checking the coolant every so often because they couldn't find the actual problem with my car heating!!! None of their mechanics have a clue about anything to do with a 2009 mazda cx-9 apparently!! Just complete ignorance and had the audacity to charge me $1400 for them to hold my car and not fix a damn thing! Don't ever use these people for car servicing - they know literally nothing and will charge you out the ass with nothing to show! Car is still blowing ice cold air and the coolant level is fine by the way. Thanks for absolutely nothing Gary Moe Mazda Red Deer - and for totally robbing me when I actually could not afford your screw up. I wish I could give zero stars cause they don't deserve even one.

Lost sale

Drove down 3.5 hours to purchase a used vehicle. Arrived at 230 with 2 vehicles in mind to view but when asked to see them..both were in "detailing"...which was closed. Unable to make a sale...so took business elsewhere.
