Great service advisor.
Very happy with Birtt Sousa's service. Not so happy with this survey. I actually deleted this email but felt that Britt deserves the credit she earned. 11 outta 10.

Courteous, on time, excellent service.
My oil change appointment was done on time. I was offered extra services that after i declined, they did not try to force on having done. The service was done in about 45 minutes and my Jeep was washed when returned.
