Tech forgot to reset oil percent gage in dash, Had to take vehicle back next day to have it reset, no issues other wise

This is an ongoing issue for at least a year. March this year, regular service, was told I need to make another appointment to do the front brakes. No description of what needed to be done. Finally get to make the appointment in May and ask for my winter tires to be switched out as well. I could not find the tire key and looked for 2 days. Turns out the tech had it on his desk. Not even a call to say he had it!! Then I was still charged for switching the tires even though 2 tires were already off. Had so many issues with this service department. I will never recommend this dealership at all. Only good thing was the courtesy driver, who they don't have anymore. Didn't let me know that either before bring my car in back in March!

The past year my company has upgraded to the F-150. The service at this dealership knows this truck is my business so with surprise they had another truck waiting for me to carry on doing business while mine was in for regular service....no questions asked the best service ever.

Everything was done in a professional manor from Covid precautions to explaining the work needed to having it done in a convenient amount of time. I was very pleased
