Great service and friendly staff!
The staff are so efficient and courteous. I love the feedback report for my car's servicing. I've been a customer since we moved to Vancouver Island 12 years ago. Highly recommend.

Tires leaking
Cheryl took the phone call and set up a convenient appointment time. Followed up with an email to confirm time.
Scott took the info and said he would assign a good technician to handle the issue. I guess he did because the tire issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Recall service
They did not reset some of the computer as I had to drive back later as radio and menu controls would not work. I would expect if they are resetting the main computer they would make sure everything was back to normal and working before saying car was fixed.

Customer service and the repair that was performed on my 2008 Lincoln Town was done In a timely and leaves me with a feeling of confidence that my money was well spent.
