never contacted once to find out about my cars status and unaccommodating for car rental return
I brought my car is for an oil change and because my car engine light came on. As it turns out my car was with you for almost a week. Not one time was I contacted by your service department with an update. As a customer I should not have to call you all the time, you should be responsible for updating me. As well, when the car was finally ready, the service department was very rude about dropping off the car rental. We have a life and schedules and none of this was taken into consideration. The service department seemed to think we were so privileged for having a car rental, well if we were kept in the loop and some organization was done on the part of the service department, we wouldn't have had to scamble at last minute to figure out who could bring in the car and pick ours up.(We don't live in the city so to come in is a 40 minute drive is not something we can just do at the drop of a hat.Not to mention I have 2 young kids and am due any time now. So, my priorities are not dropping everything to come in a get a car when nobody bothered to keep me updated on when it may actually be ready. Needless to say my car still is not working correctly but I will be taking it to another dealership to be looked at.

New Purchase was amazing from start to finish!
We had an amazing experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and treated very well. Tran was very respectful, listened to what we wanted and helped in any way he could. Working with him was like talking to a friend. When it came time to talk numbers, Hyundai tried to help us in the best way that would be best for us. They really cared about what our priorities were and very, very helpful and understanding. Nabil was encouraging and very patient in the end. When I called him back for help, he was help helpful and great to talk to. We are definitely happy with her new car, had a great drive in today for the first time, we will reach out to them with confidence if we need anything. We know that they truly value Our business.

We were treated in a friendly, professional manner and definitely got what we wanted.
The salesman, without being pushy, showed us all the features that we were looking for. He was knowledgeable and very reasonable to deal with. The business manager, also very professional, explained the extended warranty and all financial details so we knew what we were getting and for how much.

We went to look for a new car. We have driven a Hyundai cars for many many years. Tran immediately guided towards an affordable car that would provide all of our basic needs - and more. Tran never left us with questions. He guided us through many of the features of our new car and told us that we should consider him our car manual. He told us to call or see him at any time if we have questions. Hyundai, consistently, has provided excellent service
