Garbage dealership and will never buy from again

If you do go here come prepared with your information because they will take you for an idiot and pressure you into a lower trade in or give you false information. Returned here 5 years after buying a car. They bait you in with false offers then low ball and try to sucker you. Don’t be afraid to walk away... I did, good thing because I ended up buying a Honda. So thanks for that.

I was rushed through, and I still haven't been contacted about my starter being installed

every appointment was double booked with somebody else and I was rushed through. He even said, "this is the first time I haven't had to call the manager to negotiate", but quickly changed his story when he realized what he'd said. I felt like I'd been scammed.

ZERO

I live an hour away from Ottawa/ Hyundai dealership, I work until 1:30. At 2:15 I called to say I was going to be late, 3:30-ish. In Ottawa, 417 was a parking lot. Got a text asking if I was still coming, told them about the situation but was en-route. Turning onto Hunt Club Rd from Woodroofe, 3:50 got a call saying they sold it. Was rudely informed it was "gased and ready to go at 3:00" despite all the communication between us. Kevin and Hyundai Hunt Club are more concerned with sales over customer service. Karma is a b**ch tho.

We have a customer in the showroom that wanted the vehicle and we couldn't just turn them away because you were on your way. That would be unfair to the person sitting in front of us. If you called Best buy and they informed you they had one more tv in stock and you rushed to get there only to find out someone bought it before you, I hope you wouldn't hold them responsible for doing their job. Jamal Mansour Sold Me a Hyundai Kona

I had booked an appointment for a test drive, and Jamal was the one who took me on that test drive and subsequently sold me a 2018 Kona Ultimate. He was friendly, informative, responsive to questions and sincerely interested in what was important to us. He listened, he did not try and convince us of something that we weren't interested in, and felt that he truly cared and respected us. When I can to pick up the car he was helpful, informative and paced his review of the car features so I had time to digest what I was learning. And finally, he made sure that I felt supported going forward. An all around excellent experience. Thank you!
