Went to look for a new car, got offered a price. Came back 2 days later with my wife to seal the deal, and the other manager would not honour the deal from 2 days before. TERRIBLE thing if they won't even keep their word.

Best salesman ever! 10 mins prior to showing up at the dealership, we called and spoke to Vince..told him we were coming in to see a specific vehicle. When we arrived, he was already gone to their lot across the street to get the vehicle and it didn't take long before he got back and had it ready for a test drive. Vince is fun, not 'cocky' (as some are) and his knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. He took his time to show us all the functions of the SUV, helped us programmed phone, seat...and he patiently answered our gazillion questions. He also introduced us to the service counter, the lady at the counter was so welcoming with a great smile. She gave us a pamphlet, she explained all the services and added the price for each visit. She also gave us her card and said to call her if we had any questions. We picked up our SUV on a Saturday and Vince called us on the Monday to see how things were going. This is my 5th new car purchase and Vince is with no doubt in the lead for best salesman. We will definitely recommend him... Thank you Vince!!!! We LOVE our new Santa Fe :)

Offered the best pricing for 24 month lease in the city. Was professional and knowledgable of the product in interest. Was not pushy and I didn't feel pressured in making a deal I was happy with.
