Fast service at the time.
Breaks had a squeaking sound when reversing. I thought I had to wait all day to get my car back. Within 2 hours car was ready. They serviced front and back breaks. Maybe if they needed replacement, it would have taken longer, but 2 hours to get car ready, was impressive.

Very easy and understanding
My experience with Hyundai went a lot easier than anticipated. The hassle you hear of when buying a new car didn't exist at all. I was given outstanding help and explanation of what I could and couldn't afford and was treated like family.

Long distance purchace.
Love the car! Purchaced the car over the phone. The sales experince was over all good, but cleanup and prep of the demo car purchased was not thorough (found garbage under seat and had to ask for manual). Having an additional sales manager available to finalize the sale would be beneficial to you. We waited atleast 30 minutes for the sales manager to finish with other custumers before seeing to our sale.
