Had a few issues with my car,(2016 elantra limited ) headlights going rainbow ( was seen on service call) color due to moisture build up on the inside of both front headlights and freezing ( not visible at time of service call)in the winter months , he had never seen that effect yet ( till my car) however asked that I provide photos and will review upon next service call. Very pleasant looking forward to next service call

First and last time buying from this dealership

This has been one of the worst service departments. Salesperson was good but when I got my Santa Fe he was so rushed trying to help me and other customers at the same time that when he installed my license plates he stripped the screws. Shouldn't this have been done before I even got there in the first place? Also they try to sell me a Demo Santa Fe at a new place again bad service and sneaky. Then brought my car for a windshield inspection I told the manager that there was something unusual about my bottom cowling on the windshield, to which he replied "It's normal" brought my car to get fixed to speedy and they told me the cowling was broken and had been pushed inside the windshield. OH I guess the Manager that inspected my windshield fail to tell me that even after I had told him about it. Oh and according to the manager a "snowball" could have broken my windshield and pushed the cowling inside my windshield. The people at the counter failed to give me the proper information to contact the manager as well and headoffice, which is very poor service that you don't know any information, they also failed to even direct me where I can go get my windshield replaced and they failed to tell me weather it had the de-icer or not. This was the worst service I have ever gotten by any dealership. First Hyundai experience and let me tell you it will be the last, my car is not even a year old. Will never shop at this dealership and I will make sure that I let others know of how poor their service is.

Knew what I wanted and they provided.

Was offered to sit down and see what the had to offer. I already explained which model and type of vehicle I was looking for. They said they had one and would be ready in two days and it was. Good service and very polite and well mannered.

Sales people were fine. I was very disappointed in the service department though.

Oil filler cap left off when car delivered to me. Oil smell throughout car. Poor attempt at cleanup. They should have known air filters (Cabin and engine) needed replacement. I had to replace them myself. They were to re-clean the engine compartment. They sprayed some water in there. It did not clean it. There was still an oil film on the underside of the hood right where the oil was spraying out of the engine's oil filler opening. So I had to clean that myself. It just needed warm soapy water and elbow grease. Service used a "bomb" to get rid of the oil smell. It just covers the smell with an overwhelming detergent-perfume-like smell, which is most distasteful. That smell still has not disapated. The smell makes driving in our "luxury" model Santa Fe unpleasant. My second key fob did not work. Service did not have spare batteries for it. They cost very little, but do not have them in stock. So they sent me home to buy a battery. I replaced it and it still did not work. I had to drive back to Service a second time for them to re-program it. They second trip should not be necessary. It makes no sense that the service department has no batteries.
