easy to deal with and freindly

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Hyundai and each time I was dealt with courtesy and respectful of my needs. I have also had more than satisfactory service with the sales personnel after my purchase and also with the service people. my car was always well serviced and the people there were always great.

So very Happy!

We were very pleased with the professionalism of our sales associate Kevin. This is our first Hyundai at Hyundai on Hunt Club and certainly won't be the last. Thank you Kevin!

The purchase of our Hyundai Santa Fe was stress free

Purchasing our new vehicle was in a no pressure, stress free environment that left us with a good feeling after leaving the dealership. We even forgot some an important item in our trade in vehicle. After leaving a message with Kevin, he reacted quickly to ensure recovery of it before it dissapeared forever. Would we recommend or purchase another vehicle at Hunt Club Dilawri .... ABSOLUTELY.

Horrible, will never do business here again.

Car wasn't ready to be picked up on the specified pick up date. I was informed of this, around noon on the same day the car was to be picked up. And, only knew this because i had called the dealership. Leaving me stranded, as I had sold my car the previous night and was provided a ride to work by a coworker. I commute an hour (one way) to work from my house. Was given multiple excuses as to why the car wasn't ready. When the car was finally available for pickup, I asked and was told that all the work, safety and etest had been completed. When I went to leave with the car, from the dealership my wife noticed the right headlight was not working. Upon further inspection I had found that the bulb + ballest (hid) were missing. I was left to drive back and forth to work in the dark for 2 weeks with only 1 headlight functioning, before I was provided with a new bulb/ballest. There were random screws laying around in the interior, on the console and in the door pockets. Also, being the wheel/tire pressure sensors were leaking. The mechanic who preformed the work just removed them and replaced the sensors with regular valve stems. This causes a "tire pressure low" symbol to appear on the dash, and will not go away unless the proper sensors are used in the wheels. The light is still on, because I can't afford $200 for (4) new sensors. It's pretty discouraging to purchase a new (er) car from a dealership and be treated like I had been. I'll never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again, nor will my family members or friends. If it wasn't for the fact that I really liked the car, I would have just walked away from the deal completely.
