Never dealt with Hyundai before, and I loved it.
I really enjoyed my experience with hyumdai. I didn't feel and pressure at first, and when I was ready I was approached by Vince. Vince was very helpful in answering any question I had. He then helped get the process going fast and efficiently.
I then had a good experience dealing with Ahmed setting up up the financial part, and felt he explained everything clearly which made me feel comfortable with my choices.
In the end I had an overall good experience with hunt club Hyundai, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought my first brand new car. Tran made the experience so much fun and made me feel like we were old friends :) I've never felt so comfortable making a large purchase. I walked in to Hyundai 3 seperate times, and every time, I spoke to Tran. He makes the shopping experience personal and relaxing. I love my car, and loved the service! I've already recommended him to 4 friends!

Not valued customer time and customer concerns
I bought a used car and had mentioned that there was sound coming on hitting a bump or hitting brakes but the sales person said there is no such sound. The response of the sales person could have been more appropriate if he would have asked someone to look into it. On the day of delivery, the car was not cleaned from the inside. Its only when I asked to open the hood and found how dirty it was from inside, they decided to clean it up. The part I didn't like the most was when on agreeing on a car within the matter of 1 hour, I was told it was no longer available and someone else bought it. I ended up buying another car.
