Vehicle purchas
The sales person and manager were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to answer any question, no matter how mundane. On the whole, it made for a very enjoyable experience.

Satisfactory customer service, could have been improved however.
Tony was very friendly when we first met.
Did not have the car I was looking for but instead of going to the lot, we took another woman's vehicle for a test drive that was being serviced in the garage. I am not sure if she was aware of it or not, and I only realized it later, but I would have rather him be professional and take the time to go to the lot to see the car.
When picking up the car, there was a scratch on the mirror. He offered nothing and only put a bit of marker on it, which did not solve the issue.
My experience would have been improved if there was more professionalism. I unfortunately felt like he was trying to make a quick sale with me.

Tran was great, when most salesman all they want is your money Tran took the time to explain to us that are trayed in might not me Worth trading in felt like a friend was selling me the car.

Buying 2015 Sonata Hybrid
At first my wife and I were not too sure what sort of vehicle we wanted. My wife wanted good mileage but I did not want a very small vehicle. After looking at A few models Tony suggested we test drive the hybrid, an idea that had not occurred to us. After a test drive and a complete explanation from Tony about the hybrid and some of the other technology in the car we were sold. Of course it helped to get a good deal and we were never under any pressure. In the end we drove off very satisfied.
