Kevin was personable, approachable and respectful when in communication with him. He was truly great and fair. Unfortunately I had a very random and very disappointing phone call from Eli (manager) who felt it was appropriate to yell at me over the phone and eventually hang up the phone while I was mid-sentence over a deal that was between Kevin and myself as he was trying to make me pay more money. Very rude and definitely affected my experience buying from this dealership.
I had a great experience when purchasing the car but I have sent 2 emails that have gone unanswered regarding tires. So during the purchasing process, it was great but anything after that the response is rather slow.
He was very knowledgable about the product. ( Tucson) He took us on a very good test drive where we were able to experience the different features of the car. Very helpful overall
