No good organization or communication
I made an appointment to install a auto starter on my car, I was scheduled on a Monday, so I brought my car. Later in the day they call me saying that they tried installing mu starter but that they didn't have the "piece or part" to do it. It would arrive in two months.... I was a little confused because we drove and hour to bring my car there and they couldn't install my starter and I would have to wait two months?

Vehicle purchase
Had a very good experience with the team at Hyundai on Hunt Club. They gave my daughter and I both what we were looking for. The financing was quick and easy and both vehicles were ready as promised. We did have a misunderstanding about mats in the cars though. I kept asking if they came with mats like the one I test drove and was told they did, however the one I test drove had rubber mats over the cloth ones which is what I meant. We only got the cloth mats though!

Enjoyed my time with Franklin, he made himself very available, and easy to contact. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He was down to earth and professional which in turn made the overall first time experience quite enjoyable, we would return to this dealership and recommend Franklin to our friends in the future.
