There was been a random cracking noise in my steering wheel which should be covered by the warranty. It happens everyday. The mechanic said he could not replicate this noise. My Santa Fe had under 60K at the time. The last time I was there, I also pointed out that there was a squeaking noise Everytime I backed up. That day, the service center called me to say, the mechanic could not replicate it, then asked if I wanted a filter change. What?! I then flipped out a bit because they could not hear the squeaking noise that I heard EVERYTIME I backed up, yet said I should have the filter changed. They then figured it out. It was rusty brakes. When I picked up the Santa Fe there was oil marks on the seat and dashboard. Not impressed. The seat was cleaned off and the Manager apologized to me. At that time I guess I should have mentioned the brake&steering wheel issues. Prior to the last two visits I was happy with the service, mind you, there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle then. I really like the Santa Fe however, if the steering wheel noise continues and your service centre continues to neglect to fix it, I may consider other options.

From the moment I arrived I was treated respectfully and everyone was eager to meet and satisfy my needs in purchasing a new vehicle!! Tran went above and beyond in helping us and was very professional throughout the whole process! I would recommend Tran to anyone!!

It was a great experience. Payman gave me very good information,which helped me make an informed decision. He and Eli worked with me to find the car that best suited all my needs. I will tell people that is the place to go for a new or used car.
