Very patient

Tran was very patient with me and allowed me lots of time to make my decision without ever being pushy. It was a great experience.

Damage to material/fabric in car trunk

My most recent experience with the service department was okay. It was fairly speedy and the person that i dealt with did a good job. But my previous poor experience was still lingering and I was never made satisfied. I had complained about the material/fabric in my trunk tearing. I have owned different cars in the past but this type of damage does not make sense to me. The heaviest items that have gone into my car trunk are golf clubs and cases of bottled water. I feel like this is a defect in the material/fabric. I asked if this was covered under warranty and could be repaired. After waiting over 2 weeks for a reply, I recall having to call the service department myself several times to get more information. In the end, I was told that the damage was due to normal wear and tear. No offer was made to repair the damage for me. I tried contacting the finance manager I had dealt with when I initially purchased the vehicle. He was very friendly during that time, yet when I enquired about my damaged car, he was not helpful. In fact, he didn't even pronounce my name properly. I think he told me that he could try to contact the service manager, but it would likely not lead to anything. To this day, I have no idea if the service manager was ever notified. After my most recent oil change, someone had called me to do a survey over the phone. I told the lady that my most recent trip was satisfactory, but I reiterated how my previous experience was not a pleasant one. She offered to contact the service manager and relay my dissatisfaction. Again, I have no way to know if the service at Hunt Club was notified. At this point I have zero incentive to do any service other than my oil changes (which I have essentially already pre-paid for by paying for extended warranty). Any maintenance such as cleaning of brakes I will go to any other mechanic. After paying so much money for the car, they wouldn't take the time to keep me a satisfied customer. I am truly disappointed.

Terrible customer service

I had my car serviced this week at Hyundai on Hunt Club and I easily had the worst customer service experience I've ever had with a dealership or automotive repair shop. I specifically asked for the exact quote to ensure I knew what service I would be provided, and the service rep (Dan) gave me a quote and said that he would look into better deals for me. Never got an exact quote despite speaking to him on the phone twice to clarify and sure enough the final invoice was much higher than I anticipated. I spoke to Dan the next day and informed him that I never consented to the amount billed. Asked to speak to a manager and didn't get a call back from him until I called in myself two days later and spoke to Richard who basically said that they're allowed by law to have a 10% variance (the final invoice was higher than that anyway) and said they already gave me great deals. I never saw any deals because my initial quote was pre-discount and the final invoice was higher. They also said that I consented to "x" dollars worth of care in their notes, which I never did and Dan mentioned that he "just puts a number down on paper". Falsifying and incorrectly documenting a conversation is highly unethical and likely illegal. Anyway, received a minor "service credit" for a future visit after a lengthy discussion. Hope burning all this goodwill for a few hundred dollars was worth it since I was looking for a new car and now I'll never buy from a Dilawri group of dealerships in the future. Guess losing out on a future $40-60K car is worth it over a few hundred dollars.

First oil change service

We got to the service counter, gave all info and forbe to the representative. We asked how long will it take, was told about half hour, no more than 40 mins. We went to look at some new cars on the floor then got some coffee at the machine there and sat down in the waiting area, right in front of the counter. We waitied for an hour until my husband went up to the counter to ask, our car has been ready for sometime already!! Asked how come we never heard our name being called, he said he thought we went away!! He never even tried calling out for us once!! All the times we kept hearing people in the waiting area being called to the counter for pick up. Not happy at all!

Very Comfortable waiting area

I was in for an oil change. The wait was a little longer than expected. All work was done to my satisfaction. I really appreciated the free car wash.
