horrible experience with service department & Management
horrible experience.
I am so disgusted at the service team here .I went to the dealership to see the car on may 19 ,2017 as one of the friends recommended me. I like Nissan altima 2011 but when we drove the car it has a problem with the front brakes making some sound ,the guy told me you need not to worry about it . It would be fixed because they gonna work on it ones you book it.So i paid the booking amount & booked the car. I told them to make sure everything will be good with the car on the pickup day as i was moving to toronto same week. I picked the car on june 6 with my friend we drove it ,it was good wasn't making any sound.
But the very next day the brakes started making sounds ,i called the sales guy told him about the noise the car started making in a single day . He told me to book an appointment with the service department, they gonna take care of it.I was on my way to toronto i made an appointment for june 20 in the morning as they assured me it will be fixed.i drove the car in toronto for more than a week it started making loud sounds when you apply the brakes ,it was so embarrassing.
I just came from toronto to Ottawa to get my car fixed as it's under warranty.i went to the dealership sharp 9am on june 20. I met the service guy & told him about the problems car has started giving in just 10 days. They checked the car in just half an hour & told me everything is good with the car .service department told me the brake pads are new that why they are making sound & if you want to put a brand new one its gonna cost you like 300 bucks. I told him its under warranty you have to fix it but they didn't. According to service department they are new but if they are new why the hell they are making loud sounds??
I called the General manager & told him everything about the problems i am facing in a week. He assured me i will talk to the sales & service department & give me a call back in like an hour.But he never called me back & when i called them in the afternoon at the reception & asked for General Manager, the lady at the reception she transferred my call to him but he didn't even pick the call.I tried after some time & now the receptionist started ignoring me . Nobody picked my call in next two hours i called them like at least 10 times.
I took a day off from my work to get my car repaired but they treated me like shit.It was total waste of time & money. I will request everyone don't go to this dealership for used cars because ones the car is sold they don't give a shit about you.

Very professional
Service was quick and he made sure I was well informed. Offered me a ride when I was able to check out the car, and made sure I was happy with the purchase. Really focused on the customers satisfaction.

Never again
I found Payman to be very pleasant and helpful, I had originally intended to date this transaction at a 5. Unfortunately a couple details that Payman gave me turned out to be untrue and I am without the purchase I really wanted.
First, I specifically asked what model of Santa Fe came with the installed sun blockers for the rear seats, I have a baby on the way and this was a MAJOR selling point to me. Payman said they all come with that feature, even the base model. To my surprise upon getting home, there are no sun blockers in my base model. Very disappointed, I would have bought a higher model.
Second, the satellite radio did not come with a free trial as Payman had indicated during the test drive. This is minor, but accentuates how what was said during sales and what was delivered did not add up.
I will not purchase another car from Dilawri and I will not positively recommend to anyone else.
