I would buy another car from Franklin
Franklin made our car-buying experience reasonable and clearly explained everything that we needed him to. I'll consider going back to Hyundai on Hunt Club and Franklin when I have to buy another car.

Franklin was efficient and knowledgeable
Our sales associate was terrific and make us feel appreciated and valued. However we did not have the same experience with our financial associate. He was rude and pushy and would not take no for an answer. He did not go over a breakdown of the vehicles cost and coverage. It was just sign here, and we'll fill the rest in later for you, by which time it is really too late to make any changes or adjustments. What started out as a positive experience turned negative in a hurry.

Fun and easy

Complete win-win situation.
Chris was really respectful of our decisions and maintained contact with us to follow up in a respectful manner. We didn´t feel uncomfortable with Chris as he did not put pressure on us to buy the car as other sales representative from other dealers. He was very friendly and always willing to answer all our question. It was a great experience!
