Stay away from Duclos!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. If I could have found the vehicle I bought with the same options elsewhere I would have given up my deposit just to avoid dealing with Duclos Mercier. Bought it there but they claim all the paperwork is from Duclos Laval. From the negotiations to the delivery, they did not follow through on a single commitment. First the sales rep “order taker” called me cheap and gave a guilt trip about his commissions bc I tried to negotiate winter tires during employee pricing. Btw this was after I signed the agreement sight unseen, and when the vehicle arrived at the dealership had 1500 kms on it, they offered me $250 rebate for that, I settled on 350 and no tires.. He couldn’t answer most of my questions about the pricing and was extremely uninformed. Impossible to reach anyone over the phone. The GM makes all the decisions but avoided me on every interaction even though he could see through his fish bowl office that I was upset. The sales director doesn’t follow through on anything either, and deflects all responsibility. The vehicle did not come with all of my accessories and 2 months later I’m still waiting for them, of course with no updates from the dealer. At delivery none of the numbers on the final contract matched, even the lady in finance couldn’t explain the discrepancies. The gas light was on (brand new vehicle), and they tried to tell me one of my accessories wasn’t included in the transaction bc whoever filled out the contract left it off. Luckily I had my back up papers from the negotiations, but had to raise my voice. I’m also due a refund of $17 from my deposit which is supposed to come from head office, I’m still waiting for that and the accounting dept doesn’t return my calls either... The Final contract did not include the 1500 kms and was back dated by 2 days. Although minor, this will affect the end of my warranty and they wouldn’t change it at delivery... I plan on filing a complaint with FCA as well once I get my accessories. Several friends told me to avoid Duclos, I should have listened!!

Bonjour, mon camion est revenu très sale. 1 semaine plus tard, je reçois un bill du pont de la 25. SVP me contacter pour le payer.

Processus lourd pour RDV carrosserie et mon camion revient sale (int et ext) et vous passer par le pont de la 25 dans m’en Informer.

Très mauvaise communication et service

J'ai acheté une Mitsubishi RVR, le professionnalisme et service offert par la suite après l'achat a été plus que médiocre. Installation d'un tag de sécurité sans papiers, aucune réponse aux courriels envoyés. Je n'appelle pas cela un bon service client et une bonne expérience de vente
