I was resigned to a wait of many months for a new Kia Sportage PHEV but luck was with me. Negotiating the price of the vehicle went very quickly and smoothly. Financing part seemed to take forever because of unnecessary chatting. What disappointed me the most was that the car was not detailed before I picked it up! You can tell when a car has been detailed. it smells new, everything is clean including the carpets. This was not the case. carpets had leaves, dirt and grass on them. I did email Eric about it and the reply was "we had a large number of vehicles going out for the end of the month." and it had half a tank of gas. The reply to that was " standard process that we put in 25.00 of gas" No offer of a complimentary detail. That would have been the proper thing to do. By the way the car I bought was only 5 months old used as a daily rental with low KM ! I expected better customer service. Next time I buy I vehicle I will think twice before going there.

Karem was very nice and he told us all about car. He was a very good salesman. If you want to buy a car use him as a salesman.
